The Marketing Specialist will be an integral member of the marketing team, interfacing with the sales organization and other internal departments as well as external agencies to ensure sales and marketing efforts are executed successfully.
You will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Required Skills
- Incredible attention to detail
- Hyper organized and excellent time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking up when issues arise and sharing ideas to improve the process.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana and social platforms a plus
- Comfortable taking directions and taking/making phone calls with vendors and sales team.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, both in the office and remotely with team members/vendors across the country.
Travel up to 5% required
Required Experience
- Manage customer requests for marketing collateral including maintaining and developing inventory of those items.
- Responsible for managing the trade show calendar and activities around the shows (logistics, content, attendee etc.) as well as customer conferences.
- Own the relationship with external vendors to coordinate and manage all the details of trade shows.
- Track marketing programs such as email, social campaigns, blogs, and events in shared resource to keep the team organized and allowing for appropriate tracking.
- Assist in monitoring social channels and requesting feedback on comments/messages.
- Share the latest industry trends with the organization by reviewing trade publications and distributing those as appropriate on a daily/weekly basis.

- Associate degree (bachelor’s Preferred
- Five (5) years demonstrated success of desired skills in similar roles.
- Experience in a B2B environment preferred.
- Currently have valid work authorization to work in the country.
