KPS Global, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, regular basis. As a leader in our industry, we require a professional who can oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. This role involves developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. You will ensure resource availability and allocation, develop detailed project plans to track progress, and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. The Project Manager will measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, report and escalate to management as needed, and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. You will perform risk management to minimize project risks and establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation is also a key responsibility. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and have an aptitude for fostering positive relationships with team members and clients. • Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion

• Experience with process improvement and inventory control
• Advanced time management and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Basecamp, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Experience with budget management
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (scope creep, changed requirements, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Working experience with project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
• Prior experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience in the industry relevant to KPS Global, LLC is highly desirable
• History of fostering strong supplier or third-party vendor relationships
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Certification in project management is strongly preferred
