Job Description

KPS Global, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mgr Field Service to join our team on a full-time, regular basis. As a leader in our field service management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service and quality that our clients have come to expect. This management position involves overseeing a team of field service technicians, ensuring that all installations, maintenance, and repair work are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of field service operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and customer relations. Your goal will be to optimize service delivery, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence. As a Mgr Field Service, you will also be expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, develop and implement service protocols, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with other departments to coordinate efforts and share best practices. This role does not require travel, allowing you to focus on local operations and team management. The position is at-will, offering stability and the opportunity for professional growth within the company.
