Deaconess Kentucky Specialty Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our growing cancer care program in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Practice Overview

  • Join a collaborative oncology team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care

  • Full-time APP support to assist with patient care and clinic flow
  • On-site infusion center with experienced oncology nurses
  • Tumor board participation with multidisciplinary care coordination

  • Epic EMR system for seamless care coordination

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies
  • Collaborate with radiation oncology and surgical specialists for multidisciplinary care
  • Participate in tumor board discussions and care coordination
  • Provide patient education and compassionate guidance through treatment

  • Mix of new consultations, follow-ups, and treatment management
  • Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards
  • Balanced clinic schedule with support staff assisting patient management

Compensation & Benefits

A competitive employed compensation package includes:

Compensation

  • Guaranteed Base Salary: $550,000+ (based on experience)
  • Productivity-based bonus opportunity
  • Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 with 5-year contract or $75,000 with 3-year contract
  • Student Loan Assistance: $75,000
  • Residency Monthly Stipend: $2,000 for up to 24 months
