Provides patient care in an office setting under the supervision of the medical provider. Meets the communication needs of the patient / family and medical provider. Maintains and follows regulatory requirement and policies and procedures. Communicates with medical providers and staff about patient’s clinical condition.

Required Experience
Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Work Experience: 2 years nursing experience required; 1-2 years oncology nursing experience preferred
Required License/ Certification/Registration: Current Kentucky or Multi-State License. Basic Life Support Certification, OCN Certification preferred but not required
