Position Summary: This position will provide support to Project Controls Managers, Senior Project Management Assistant. Provide contractual, financial, and administrative data in support of multiple Projects. Understand client’s contractual and financial requirements for project reporting. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure e-Builder PMIS (Trimble Unity Construct).
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for internal and external users.
  • Set up and maintain project records, budgets, schedules, and commitments.
  • Create new processes and improve existing processes.
  • Work closely with the Finance department to facilitate the timely processing of pay applications and consultant invoices.
  • Develop custom reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Oversee project closeout process and archival of project data and artifacts
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
  • Continuously track and monitor multiple contracts/projects and budgets
  • Update task tabulations spreadsheets and other contract/project performance tracking spreadsheets
  • Utilize Power BI project reports for contract and task performance and budget tracking
  • Edit, format and finalize specifications and reports for submission to clients.

Nonessential or Additional Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily tracking of project deliverables to ensure timely processing
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening

Required Experience

  • Associates Degree in Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with e-Builder.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)

Qualifications Preferred:

  • PMP, or related construction project management experience, preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Familiarity with database management, SQL, Power BI, and Power Platform tools is a plus.
  • Four-Year Degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Working Conditions:  

Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
