The Ipsos Channel Performance Service Line is home to the largest mystery shopping agency in the world. We complete over a million shops every year in 100+ countries across all industry segments and organization sizes. Recently, we added three additional services to our portfolio—Channel Sizing, Customer Counting and Retail Execution Measurement. Our purpose is to help our clients improve their business performance across all channels in which they serve their customers—brick and mortar retail, digital e-commerce, and contact centers.

Vice President, Channel Performance Primary Responsibilities:

  • Grow the top and bottom line of Ipsos Mystery Shopping in the USA significantly.
  • Work closely with Loyalty industry sector leads to ensure Ipsos is strongly represented at every large Mystery Shopping proposal in the USA.
  • Consult and guide sector leaders and client service teams when pitching/pricing Mystery Shopping.
  • Be the Mystery Shopping subject matter expert within Ipsos Loyalty USA and give advice on our ‘better design, better execution and better impact’ strategy.
  • Functionally oversee the Mystery Shop execution team to ensure delivery of our ‘better’ promise to clients.

 

  • Tenacity and passion to succeed in a long term sales cycle.
  • Minimum Diploma level education in Marketing/Business or similar field.
  • Broad and deep experience within the Mystery Shopping industry encompassing a range of industries, clients and programs.
  • Strong connections within the Mystery Shop industry that will lead to tangible sales growth.
  • Exceptional client service focus with the ability to confidently deal with executives and clients contacts at a senior management level.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office with above average PowerPoint skills
