Associate Insights Manager, Social Intelligence Analytics


As an associate insights manager on the Ipsos Social Intelligence Analytics team, you will be joining a passionate and entrepreneurial group of social and digital experts dedicated to delivering impactful business solutions to the world’s biggest brands. You will partner with Fortune 500 clients in tech, retail, manufacturing, media, and CPG to translate unprompted social media data into meaningful, consumer-driven insights with unmatched speed, scale, and authenticity.


The associate insights manager is an integral part of the client service team who helps coordinate research design, conduct analysis, and contribute to report development to shed light on the conversations, behaviors, and trends that matter. Leveraging cutting-edge social intelligence technologies and approaches, you will work with your team to tell compelling, data-driven stories that help your clients make better decisions every day. As someone who believes in the power of the consumer voice, you will ensure that voice is well represented in your clients’ boardrooms, on topics ranging from sustainability and systemic injustice to product innovation, food trends, the media landscape, and more. Role Specifics


  • Work with your team on impactful solutions, project execution, and deliverables to meet and exceed client objectives related to social landscape understanding, key consumer segments, emerging trends, innovation opportunities, media intelligence, and brand health tracking
  • Support strategic query design, analyze data, and help interpret results that provide clear and actionable insights and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct deep, qualitative assessments of consumer conversations across social media, review sites, Google Search, forums and news and press
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure projects are managed successfully from data collection to quality assurance to timely delivery
  • Collaborate on innovative analytical approaches addressing new business challenges
  • Act as an extension of your client’s business to establish and grow trusted relationships


Qualifications and Skills


  • Intellectually curious, social savvy, and data-driven with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passion for marketing, analytics, and working with new online technologies and platforms
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and thrives in team environment
  • Collaborative and solution-minded with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
