Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, content, email, social media, and events.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who enjoys developing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously improving marketing effectiveness. This position works cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholder communication
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for improved results

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives including:
    • Email marketing campaigns
    • Social media marketing
    • Paid advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
    • SEO and website optimization
  • Maintain and update company website content as needed
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics

Content Development

  • Create and edit marketing content including:
    • Blog posts
    • Email campaigns
    • Social media posts
    • Landing pages
    • Case studies
    • Marketing collateral
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling messaging

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns
  • Generate marketing performance reports and dashboards
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Provide recommendations based on campaign performance

Event & Promotional Support

  • Assist in planning and executing:
    • Trade shows
    • Webinars
    • Customer events
    • Product launches
  • Coordinate promotional materials and event logistics
  • Support post-event follow-up and lead nurturing

Sales & Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with sales teams to support lead generation initiatives
  • Develop marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and sales enablement content
  • Collaborate with product and leadership teams on messaging and positioning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience (B2B experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
  • Basic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Experience working in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments
