As the Assistant Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing customer service support, scheduling, processing requests, and assistance with Government conferences.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assistant Customer Service Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the customer service department.
- This position involves supporting the Customer Service Manager in overseeing daily activities, managing team performance, and improving service processes.
- Responsibilities typically include handling customer inquiries, resolving escalated issues, and training customer service representatives.
- By focusing on both customer satisfaction and team efficiency, an Assistant Customer Service Manager helps to consistently deliver high-quality service, contributing to overall business growth and customer loyalty.
- Assistant Customer Service Manager shall provide special events support on an as needed basis.
- This person shall be physically capable of completing tasks such as, but not limited to, lifting, moving, setup and disassembly of furniture.
- The scope of special events will be spelled out on the EXCALIBUR government system
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· A high school diploma or GED
· 2 years’ recent experience managing a customer service center
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
· TS/SCI required to start. Ability to get a Full Scope Poly clearance
