Contract and Sales Administrator
Management
Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking a Contract and Sales Administrator to provide exceptional service in supporting the company’s product and brand for well-known international airlines across the nation.
Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

Manage and oversee contracts from start to finish

Draft, negotiate, and finalize contract terms

Develop and outline operational budgets
-
Oversee rate management and pricing strategies
-
Cultivate and maintain customer relationships
-
Analyze customer activity and proactively anticipate their needs
-
Create, update, and maintain marketing materials
-
Attend industry conferences and customer meetings
- Participate in frequent travel as required
Essential Requirements & Qualifications:
-
Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with contract and station managers in the airline industry

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills (both oral and written)

Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles
-
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and contract management software
-
Ability to effectively manage pressure and handle multiple tasks with minimal direction
-
Highly organized, creative, and resourceful with an entrepreneurial mindset
-
Experience in ground handling contract management is preferred
-
Comfortable working with diverse cultures and adapting to their business practices
-
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as project demands dictate
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary Range: $34 to $38 per hour
