In order to consider your application for employment, Hallmark Aviation Services would need your agreement to the below statements and conditions of employment. Please read the following statement carefully before indicating your agreement:

I hereby affirm that the information provided on this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I agree that falsified information or significant omissions may disqualify me from further consideration for employment and may be considered justification for dismissal if discovered at a later date. I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this application as may be necessary in arriving at an employment decision. If required, and at an agreed upon time, I give Hallmark Aviation Services permission to contact previous employers, references and others and release the Company and/or its authorized agents from any liability as a result of such contact.

I understand that if I am offered employment, I will be an at-will employee of Hallmark Aviation Services, which means that my employment and compensation may be terminated with or without cause, with or without notice, at any time, at my option, or at the option of Hallmark Aviation Services. This application is not intended to create, nor is it to be construed to constitute a contract of employment.

In connection with my application, I understand that investigative background inquiries may be made on me, including but not limited, to previous employer verifications, education verifications, consumer credit reports, criminal convictions or history, motor vehicle reports, and other reports. Further, I understand Hallmark Aviation Services and/or its authorized agents may be requesting information from various Federal, State and other agencies which maintain records concerning my past activities relating to my driving, credit, criminal, civil, and other experiences, and may include information involving me in the files of insurance companies.

Additionally, if I am offered employment, it would be conditional upon my agreement to (1) sign and return to Hallmark Aviation Services an employee agreement, which contains various obligations, including but not limited to, confidentiality, assignment of patentable inventions and non-competition obligations. A copy of the employee agreement would be given to me with my conditional offer of employment, unless state law prohibits such agreement. (2) provide proper documentation of legal right to work in the United States as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. (3) successfully pass the investigative background check and a drug and alcohol test pursuant to Hallmark Aviation Services' policy.

Any offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of the aforementioned items.
