We are currently inviting qualified candidates to join our growing international, dynamic, and creative team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Assists design leader to translate design concept into reality
- Prepares and coordinates the development and preparation of preliminary design concepts
- Co-ordinates the development of technical/design solutions
- Select and research project design materials, furnishings, and accessories
- Co-ordinates and prepares design documents, sketches, plans, details and schedules under the direction of design leader
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of hospitality design is a bonus
- Demonstrable skills in creative design solutions including design/selection of FF&A
- LEED accreditation an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and in writing
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Affinity required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a bonus) or 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and Enscape required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent in education or experience
- 5 to 8 years of design experience required
