The Business Validation Partner is responsible for validating the completeness, accuracy, and usability of client-specific configuration within the Luminate platform, including Case Management and Portal capabilities. This role serves as the business authority responsible for ensuring configured solutions support intended operational processes, client requirements, policy administration, and end-user experiences prior to go-live.
The Business Validation Partner collaborates closely with Configuration, Operations, Account Management, and Conversion teams to identify configuration gaps, assess business readiness, and ensure client conversions align with both client-specific requirements and Graebel platform standards. This role is responsible for executing business validation scenarios, documenting defects, and providing recommendations regarding conversion readiness and deployment decisions. The Business Validation Partner serves as a critical safeguard between platform configuration and production operations, helping ensure successful client transitions to Luminate. This role is based on Graebel's business validation approach for client conversions, which focuses on validating real-world operational outcomes rather than traditional software testing.
We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $90,000 to $100,000.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Business Validation & Conversion Readiness
- Execute business validation activities for client-specific configuration in the Luminate ecosystem, including Case Management, portals, reporting, communications, workflows, integrations, imports, and other supporting platform capabilities.
- Validate that configured solutions support intended operational processes, client policies, service delivery requirements, platform standards, and end-user experiences.
- Perform end-to-end validation of business scenarios that reflect real-world usage by operations teams, clients, and transferees.
- Evaluate configuration decisions through the lens of operational execution, client expectations, and intended business outcomes.
- Assess readiness of client configurations for deployment and provide recommendations regarding conversion readiness, risks, and outstanding issues.
- Validate correction of defects and configuration changes identified during business validation activities.
- Support hypercare issue validation activities when configuration changes require formal business review prior to closure.
- Defect Identification & Resolution
- Identify, document, and communicate configuration defects, process gaps, and business risks.
- Partner with Conversion team members to ensure defects and issues are properly understood, prioritized, and resolved.
- Retest corrected configuration and validate that issues have been fully addressed.
- Track validation outcomes and provide visibility into open risks, defects, and readiness status.
- Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring configuration issues and recommend opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and increased quality.
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business validation scenarios, documentation, and operating procedures.
- Contribute to the ongoing maturity of Graebel's business validation and conversion readiness capabilities.
- Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of mobility operations, relocation services, and client delivery processes.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate business processes and determine whether system configuration supports intended outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to identify risks, defects, and process gaps while providing practical recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail while maintaining focus on overall business outcomes.
- Flexibility to support global client conversion activities, including occasional non-standard U.S. business hours when needed to accommodate regional stakeholders, testing windows, or go-live activities.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with limited supervision.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-management skills.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience within global mobility, relocation operations, client service delivery, business process management, or related business functions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting mobility operations, case management processes, policy administration, or client implementations preferred.
- Experience participating in system implementations, platform deployments, configuration validation, user acceptance testing, or business process validation activities.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and client delivery processes within a service-based environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Luminate, Case Management platforms, mobility technology, or similar enterprise platforms preferred.
- Global mobility industry experience strongly preferred.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $90,000 to $100,000.
