Responsible for providing mobility services support to our client Global Talent Mobility Team and help shape a world-class mobility experience for their employees. As a Mobility Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering competitive, compliant, and cost-effective mobility programs that prioritize care and create a positive employee experience.

In this role, you’ll act as the primary liaison between our Client—a leading multinational organization—and Graebel. You’ll manage international assignment processes, ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, oversee reporting, and drive special projects that support global mobility needs. Responsibilities include critical reporting to key stakeholders, direct oversight of questions and communications, and project leadership. The position serves as a direct liaison between Graebel internal teams and the Client. This position serves to strengthen and preserve the relationship between Graebel and the Client.

We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $65,000 to $80,000. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage International Initiation Process: Advise HR partners on timing and data accuracy; collaborate with suppliers and the Global Talent Mobility Team to ensure smooth assignment starts.
  • Oversee Stakeholder Communication:
  • Deliver accurate monthly change reports on time.
  • Maintain the Client Mobility intranet page with resources for HR Business Partners.
  • Follow up with international assignees on outstanding survey responses.
  • Reporting: Generate and schedule reports through Workday or Graebel’s platform to support data-driven decisions.
  • Financial Oversight: Conduct quarterly financial assessments of client suppliers.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Lead special projects aligned with evolving mobility needs.
  • Access Management: Maintain internal user access and perform quarterly access reviews.
  • Template Management: Update and manage client-specific templates to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Communication: Interacts and engages with the Client and employees regarding the Global Mobility program. Serves as a subject matter expert by responding to questions and concerns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continually seeks and brings recommendations for program improvements and efficiencies within the program.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Required Skills

  • Microsoft 360 suite proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Required Experience

  • Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, information technology, etc. 
  • Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school, specialized training equal to two years of college
  • 5 years international mobility experience in client-facing role
  • Proficiency in international mobility benefits, compensation models
  • Basic understanding of international health and employee benefits 
  • Preferred- four year college degree or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $65,000 to $80,000.
