Graebel is looking for a Director, Business Intelligence. The Director, Business Intelligence (BI) is a hands-on action-oriented role designing and implementing enterprise business intelligence and reporting solutions. The Director, Business Intelligence (BI) will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the BI strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. This role requires expertise in BI tools, data visualization, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages a team of BI professionals, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Create comprehensive plan for company’s data strategy that outlines how an organization should collect, manage, share, and use its data.
- Works closely with senior leadership and executive management
- Manage and prioritize analytic work queue including problem formulation, data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, and presentations.
- Responsible for building, developing, and advancing the organization's approach to data analytics and supporting analytics culture through the standardization of business intelligence technologies.
- Manage the design, development, support, and documentation of internally created Business Intelligence solutions, automated process applications, tools, and related data stores.
- Determine efficient and effective uses of automated processes to improve business efficiency, provide previously unavailable data, and generate insights for the internal lines of business.
- Have advanced understanding of business and analytic requirements to deliver high-impact, relevant data products and visualizations that drive company performance through continuously monitoring, measuring, identifying root cause, and proactively identifying patterns and triggers across the company to optimize performance.
- Develop and execute analytics roadmap aligned to strategy, including ongoing and new projects as requested and prioritized by executive leadership.
- Upholds and enhances data quality and integrity through routine audits and adoption of best practices.
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders and coordinates activities across all departments.
- Participates in Enterprise Reporting program definition, strategy, and planning activities.
- Extract meaningful business insights from data and identify the stories behind the patterns. Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques.
- Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business.
- Develop models to forecast key metrics to identify opportunities and problem areas.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting or Data Warehousing.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at an executive level.
- Strong leadership skills to be able to develop, mentor, and coach direct reports.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with emphasis on Microsoft Excel formulas.
- Strong skills in presentation and data visualization
- Expert knowledge of SQL with ability to read and write queries of varying complexity.
- Expert knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.), databases, and data modeling
- Expert knowledge and skills with SSRS
- Experience with Azure Databricks a plus.
- Strong skills with Power BI and DAX
- Experience with Power Pivot and Power Query a plus.
- Analytical skills: The ability to process, compile, and interpret a wide variety of information into easy to interpret reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Communication skills: Need strong communication skills to explain and support their analyses and recommendations in meetings.
Required Experience
Required Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field of
study preferred. - Relocation/ mobility industry experience
- GMS and/or CRP preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $97,000-112,000.00.
