The Homeowner Consultant coordinates and administers relocation benefits to transferring employees in accordance with corporate contracts, 
client policies, and Graebel standard processes, and they manage all aspects of home sale process. 

We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $55,000 to $60,000. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages transferring employee relocation while maintaining file and data integrity.  
  • Review, explain, and administer relocation benefits ensuring they are within client policy.
  • Manages all aspects of home sale process including reviewing broker market analysis, marketing strategies, providing 
    guaranteed buy-out offers, assisting in third-party contract negotiations, processing equity, and manage 
    closing process.
  • Assists in the negotiations for home purchase in the new location.
  • Monitor service delivery of all vendor partners to ensure the best quality vendor.
  • Provide information to clients and internal contacts as needed
  • Review, approve, and direct payment of relocation expenses.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. 

Required Skills

  • Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business/company related articles and professional 
    journals
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. 
  • Ability to utilize common sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral or diagrammed instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in situations of a routine nature.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats. 
  • Basic computer skills (10-key, alphanumeric data entry, spreadsheet, word processing/ typing)
  • Intermediate database skills

Required Experience

  • High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clearical/ administrative, equipment operation, etc. 
  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $55,000 to $60,000.
