Compensation Specialist II

To support delivery of the company’s global compensation services by supporting Certificate of Coverage applications, client reporting, tax equalization payrment, cost estimates and global tax remittances

1.Coordinate and process tax payments for multiple clients, including communication and status updates both internally and externally.

2.Processing of Tax Equalisation payments as instructed by client tax provider or internal leadership instruction. 

3.Gather and compile applicable cost components, based on client specific documentation to complete global cost estimates including internal and external support on questions, additional data required and revisions. 

4.Support ongoing updates to applicable process guides and client documentation.

5.Application for Certificates of Coverage,  based on eligibility to include application, system updates, reporting and review of requirements to recommend extensions as applicable. 

6.Other tasks as needed to support overall team service delivery.
