Graebel is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to be responsible for managing and supporting the processes associated with international assignments, immigration, and permanent relocations. This position assists with ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, and payroll reporting regulations, while facilitating seamless transitions for employees. The Specialist collaborates closely with both internal and external partners to enhance the employee experience, maintain compliance, streamline administration, and drive process efficiencies. This position is based on-site at the client location in Dublin, five days a week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the logistics of international assignments, including visa applications, work permits, and relocation arrangements.
- Prepare comprehensive international assignment cost projections and design expatriate benefit packages, including the calculation of Cost of Living Allowances.
- Monitor and manage relocation budgets and expenses.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all mobility-related activities and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, payroll, and finance teams to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
- Partner with the Payroll team to ensure accurate reporting and management of relocation and international assignment expenses.
- Liaise with external vendors, such as relocation service providers and immigration and tax consultants, to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with tax, immigration, and employment laws across various jurisdictions.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in global mobility, international HR, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of immigration, tax, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using HR information systems, Excel, and data analysis tools.
