Graebel is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager who will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the BI strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. This role requires expertise in BI tools, data visualization, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $75,000 to $92,000.
Principal / Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of BI professionals, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Manage and prioritize analytic work queue including problem formulation, data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, and presentations
- Identifying data points to improve operational processes and make suggestions for streamlining procedures
- Deploy and manage adaptation of new BI tools and services
- Provide guidance to business teams on data sources and dashboards. Ensure consistency in data use across teams
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with leadership and key stakeholders as well as coordinates activities as needed across all departments
- Participates in Enterprise Reporting program definition, strategy, and planning activities
- Works closely with Director of Business Intelligence to design and implement enterprise reporting solutions
- Ability to extract meaningful business insights from data and identify the stories behind the patterns. Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
- Development, Deployment and Maintenance of SSRS reports
- Development, Publishing and Maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports
- Develop models to forecast key metrics to identify opportunities and problem areas
- Have the ability to work on more than one project at a time, must be comfortable reevaluating their priorities and deadlines.
- Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business
- Design and coordinate a curriculum for coaching and training external clients in the use of business intelligence tools to enhance business decision-making capability
- Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested
Required Skills
- Typically has 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing
- Strong leadership skills to be able to develop, mentor, and coach direct reports
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with emphasis on Microsoft Excel formulas
- Strong skills in presentation and data visualization
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to solve complex problems
- Highly proficient in SQL with ability to read and write queries of varying complexity
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling
- Strong skills with SSRS
- Experience with Azure Databricks a plus
- Strong skills with Power BI and DAX
- Experience with Power Pivot and Power Query a plus
- Experience with development and maintenance of VBA scripts
- Analytical skills: The ability to process, compile, and interpret a wide variety of information into easy to interpret reporting and dashboard solutions
- Communication skills: Need strong communication skills to explain and support their analyses and recommendations in meetings
Required Experience
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field of
study preferred.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Relocation experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications/Specialized Training:
- GMS and/or CRP preferred.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $75,000 to $92,000.
