Corporations contract with Graebel as a trusted supplier for relocating their employees. If a client company would like to move a specific employee from one city to another, then our relocation division works with that employee to administer his or her benefits within the parameters of that company's policy or policies.
The Client Technologies Project Manager (CTPM) reports to the Vice President of Client Technologies and Data Excellence and is responsible for introducing Graebel’s technologies to our growing Client base. The CTPM owns all aspects of the implementation of our mobility technology solutions around new Clients’ mobility programs ensuring an on-time delivery. This role partners with Graebel’s business development team, providing technical demonstrations and presentations to clearly articulate Graebel practice and culture. The CTPM manages communications with stakeholders at all levels of our Clients’ organization as well as Graebel.
Principal / Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Participates in best and final presentations as the technology subject matter expert leading product demonstrations for sales and marketing efforts. Sets proper expectations of application capabilities and provides positive interaction with our Clients and internal departments.
- Partners with Implementation Project Leads during new Client implementations and Client optimizations as the technology project lead and engages directly with Client stakeholders.
- Gathers requirements, ideates and presents options for unique Client technology needs and implements appropriate solutions through creative thinking while focusing on the Client’s level of expertise in the mobility space.
- Documents Client technology configurations, coordinates IT resources to administer configuration, manages testing efforts, and analyzes results for compliance with initiative requirements.
- Creates and manages Client technology initiative project plans and communicates to all stakeholders on consistent, recurring basis from kick off through deployment and transition to business teams.
- Works with Client Technologies VP in strategic activities to design, build and socialize technology implementation tools and workflows to streamline processes for our internal teams with an eye on increasing Client satisfaction.
- Communicates with professionalism and executes with precision to ensure that the Client and the business teams are supported throughout the implementation. Possesses knowledge across business lines and demonstrates an understanding the implication of each step in the process.

Required Experience
Required Experience
- Degree in Information Systems/Technology
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant project management experience in lieu of formal education
Knowledge/Experience
- 5+ years relevant mobility industry experience
- Demonstrated applied knowledge of mobility applications
Licenses/Certifications/Specialized Training
- PMP certification preferred
- (S)GMS / (S)CRP preferred
- Mobility systems Super User designation

The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $100,000 - $115,000 USD annually.
