As part of Graebel Companies, Inc.'s Client Financial Services group, we are seeking a Client Payroll Specialist who will ensure accurate reporting to our Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide clients through detailed payroll reporting, calculations and audits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary contact for assigned clients from a reporting and payroll perspective
- Provides customer service support to internal and external clients
- Reviews and audits all entered expenses
- Assists in entry and voucher updating as needed
- Maintains and updates applicable process, client and implementation documentation as needed
- Responsible for providing payroll and/or reporting for GRSW clients
- Prepares payroll tax calculations and provides payroll data to clients
- Assists team with expense processing as needed
- Provides additional support as needed on all engagements
Required Experience
- Review reports and prioritize work
- Perform adjustments, reconciliation and audits, researching all issues
- Provide Customer Service support to internal and external clients
- Meet quality and timeliness metrics
- Adhere to established operating procedures and accounting controls
- Assist with projects as needed
