Required Skills
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
To support delivery of the company’s global compensation services by handling processes around recurring payments, payment calculations, system payroll set-ups, Certificate of Coverage applications, client reporting, compensation collection, tax equalization administration, and global tax remittances.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support processing of large volume of company-paid recurring allowances for multiple clients.
2. Coordinate and send payroll instructions to all applicable countries for multiple clients according to client payroll calendar for each country.
3. Support administration of Tax Equalization (TEQ) process, which includes payments and or collection with the expatriate. Support reporting to communicate status of service with clients.
4. Process compensation collections for smaller clients, including client communications and status reporting, reconciliation of benefits and importing into system of record.
5. Coordinate and process tax payments for multiple clients, including communication and status updates both internally and externally.
6. Perform allowance initial and re-calculations, based on provider tables for multiple clients, on a pre-determined schedule.
7. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Required Experience
Education/Experience
Successful completion of high school or secondary level school, with particular emphasis during high school in office skills, finance/accounting, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training.
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
Advanced Excel, Intermediate Word
