Role Overview:

Could you be our next Enterprise Resilience Analyst? Globe Life is looking for an Enterprise Resilience Analyst to join the team!

 

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the readiness of response teams by maintaining the portfolio of plans, standards and procedures that support the crisis and incident management programs. This role involves oversight of document review, development and maintenance before, during and after an incident. The Enterprise Resilience Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the company's proactive, collaborative and effective response across tactical and operational levels of the organization during incidents, including training and exercises.

 

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

 

What You Will Do:

  • Providing support and assistance to Crisis and Incident Management / Response programs.
  • Compiling an inventory of team documents and renewal cycle.
  • Maintaining the team intranet page and glossary.
  • Collaboration and coordination during Enterprise Resilience Awareness campaign.
  • Assisting with training and awareness of the Crisis and Incident Management Program.
  • Providing support during resilience incidents and exercises (scheduling, meeting notes. documentation, After Action Reports).
  • Performing annual refresh of Incident Management / Response Program documents (Site information cards, Master Contact List etc.).
  • Maintaining distribution lists within mass notification tool (GLA) for CMT and IMT, including tests and live activations.
  • Managing Enterprise Resilience Observations spreadsheet, including tracking of After-Action Report follow up items.
  • Supporting the Vendor Resilience Program Manager and Director of Enterprise Resilience as required.

 

What You Can Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Emergency Administration and Disaster Preparedness, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a resilience related discipline preferred.
  • Awareness of all resilience disciplines, especially Crisis and Incident Management, Crisis Communication, Vendor Resilience, Business Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery, Emergency Preparedness.
  • Knowledge of Resilience related International Standards (ISO 22301 BC, ISO 22361 and ISO 22316, DR 27031).
  • Familiarity of ICS / NIMS frameworks.
  • CBCP preferred.
  • Member of resilience related associations.
  • Extremely strong documentation capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Skilled in writing presentations and delivering training.
  • Interpersonal skills including effective written and verbal.
  • Collaborator and team player with ability to develop positive relationships.
  • Must be flexible and maintain a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Teams, Excel, Visio and MS PowerPoint.
