Role Overview:

Could you be our next Worksite Billing Auditor I? Globe Life is looking for a Worksite Billing Auditor I to join the team!

 

In this role, you will be responsible for handling the incoming calls and emails from the agency offices, accounts and policy holders. You will research and use information from a variety of sources to solve complex problems, answer questions and assist business owners and bookkeepers with their invoices.

 

This is a remote / work from home position.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Communicate and explain basic account information to the customer including their billing statements.
  • Aid users with our online billing system.
  • Provide high quality customer service.
  • Participate in phone rotation.
  • Research miscellaneous issues from our accounts and agencies.
  • Respond to emails and inquires in a timely manner.

 

What You Can Bring:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
  • Call center experience (1+ years preferred).
  • Customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Insurance experience is a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Desire to uphold great customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to stay on task.
  • Ability to work independently and make logical decisions based on the information provided.
