Role Overview:

Could you be our next Agent Supply Representative? American Income Life is looking for an Agent Supply Representative to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing materials to fill marketing/sales orders, performing various duties related to the creation and updating of company forms and brochures, operating the mail machine, and sorting correspondence to the SGA’s.

This is an on-site position located in Waco, TX.

What You Will Do:

• Separate and sort computer-processed print runs and forward lettershop information.
• Rece, process, band, and stock materials to fill Agent, PR Rep, and Marketing Specialist orders. 
• Maintain accurate and updated lists of marketing/sales materials available to order in the order system.
• Process outgoing express shipments via FedEx and UPS.
• Operate the pallet jack and freight elevator.
• Drive the company van as necessary.
• Assist with shipping and receiving materials that have been delivered to the building.
• Assist the mailroom as needed, including delivering mail to the post office and Customer Service.
• Periodically make bank deposits when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Can Bring:

• High school education. 
• Capabilities with independent judgment. 
• Must have excellent alpha and numeric recognition skills. 
• Knowledge of postage metering machines. 
• Ability to lift heavy cartons (up to 50 lbs.). 
• Valid driver’s license. 
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and various software packages required by the department.
