Role Overview:
Could you be our next Billing Auditor I? Globe Life is looking for a Billing Auditor I to join the team!
In this role, you will be responsible for handling the incoming calls and emails from the agency offices, accounts and policy holders. You will research and use information from a variety of sources to solve complex problems, answer questions and assist business owners and bookkeepers with their invoices.
This is a remote / work from home position.
What You Will Do:
- Ability to communicate & explain basic account information to the customer including their billing statements.
- Aid Users with our Online Billing System.
- Have the Ability to Maintain Composure in Stressful Situations, Manage & Diffuse High-Tension Situations.
- Maintaining High Quality Customer Service.
- Must be able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
- Participating in Phone Rotation.
- Research Miscellaneous Issues from Our Accounts & Agencies.
- Respond to Emails & Inquires in a Timely Manner.
What You Can Bring:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Call Center Experience (1+ years preferred).
- Customer Service Experience (2+ years preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Insurance Experience a Plus.
- Attention to Detail.
- Desire to Uphold Great Customer Service.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).
- Excellent Multi-Tasking & Organizational Skills.
- Excellent Time Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Have the Ability to Maintain Composure in Stressful Situations, Manage & Diffuse High Tension Situations.
- Must be able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
- Must be Self-Motivated and able to Stay on Task Even if Working from Home.
- Reliable and Punctual.
- The Ability to Work Independently and Make Logical Decisions Based on the Information Provided.
