What You’ve Accomplished

  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Scheduling, a related field, or comparable experience in lieu of degree
  • At least 6 years of directly related experience
  • Advanced understanding of planning and scheduling concepts.
  • Comprehension of nuclear power plant systems, components and interrelated activities.
  • Excellent communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a DIP Scheduler in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Direction Industrialization Performance (DIP) Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. This role supports the operational management of the project. Your work will include:

  • Develops, maintains current project schedules, schedule status and schedule analysis with appropriate software.
  • Assists in developing project work breakdown structure for projects to meet scheduling and cost tracking requirements.
  • Provides critical path analysis and creates 'what if' scenarios; evaluates impact of changes to critical path.
  • Assists in identifying and ensuring adherence to required project resources (staff, materials, equipment, etc.).
  • Coordinates with IS on implementation, updating and enhancement to scheduling software tools.
  • Participates on project teams providing valued project data and analysis; leads project schedule status meetings.
  • Provides scheduling training, coaching and leadership to project staff, as needed.
  • Develops and analyzes project metrics; generates accurate, timely reports and schedules for management.
  • Recommends and develops scheduling process improvements.

Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

 

 

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $92,000 - $124,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
