What You’ve Accomplished

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• At least 8 years of directly related experience
• 5 years of leadership/management experience is preferred
• Advanced degrees may substitute for years of related experience
• A professional Engineering License (P.Eng) is required
• Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria; good communication skills including the ability to comprehend and convey detailed technical data
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills

You may have also acquired the following skills:

• Previous leadership experience (professional or extracurricular) and/or leadership skills/training
• Customer Service and Consulting experience
• Experience working on large scale engineering projects
• Familiarity with Nuclear and Engineering processes, codes, and standards (i.e. CSA N299, N286.7, N293.7, C22.1, etc.)
• Electrical Power Transient analysis. Relay Protection design and coordination, component specification and selection
• General I&C experience via familiarity with Instrumentation specification and control systems
