Your Opportunity

This full-time role leads a critical project at the Richland Manufacturing facility in support of increased capacity.   As a Manager in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team at the leading fuel manufacturing site in the US and part of a long-term clean energy strategy. You will develop, maintain, and lead project efforts to increase plant efficiencies and flow while retaining the high standard of quality. This person will be instrumental in forming and leading a cross functional team that integrates production, equipment modifications, and operational efficiency improvements. Highlighting risks and opportunities at an early stage to Management for support and decisions will be critical. This position reports directly to the Richland Site Manager. This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $143,000 - $194,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
