Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Manufacturing Technician in Mansfield, MA, you will be part of the proven team in the Specialty Product Manufacturing Business Line in the I&C Business Unit. Your work will include mechanical and electrical assembly based on drawings and specifications, or work instructions that are written or verbal. You work may include training less experienced employees and interfacing with outside customers or vendors. Your work may include development of processes or work instructions (SWIs).  You will also perform receiving activities and various other facility supporting activities. This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $26.50 - $34.70 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
