You have completed a College Diploma in Engineering Technology, Drafting, 3D Modeling, or a related field. You also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting and 3D modeling. Relevant Certifications, such as Autodesk Certified Professional, and experience in the nuclear field are a plus. You are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

You may have also acquired the following skills:

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other CAD/3D modeling software.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaborative modeling environments.
• Familiarity with the design processes of nuclear plant, power generation, or industrial sectors. 
• Knowledge of industry-specific collaborative platforms such as Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Cintoo. 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• OLW (On-Line Wiring) - applicable to Elec drafter only

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. We are seeking TWO skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafters / 3D Modelers with expertise in Revit and a strong understanding of BIM. Your work will contribute to the design, modelling, and drafting of projects by creating precise and comprehensive CAD drawings and 3D models.  We are in search of one draftsperson to support EACH the Civil / Structural Engineering group, and the Electrical / Instrumentation & Controls Engineering group.  You will collaborate with the engineering teams and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. As a CAD Drafter/3D Modeler in Kincardine Pickering, Ontario (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Design Engineering Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit.
