PATENTS

I understand that, if hired, I will assign to Framatome, all my rights in and to any inventions which during my employment I may make or conceive either solely or with others, in the course of such employment or with the use of the employer's time, material, or facilities or relating to the employer's operations, processes, products or business.

 

DRUG TESTING (Only applicable to candidates for U.S. jobs)

I understand Framatome prohibits the possession or use of illicit drugs, and I hereby agree to submit to a new employee drug screening test and urine testing for drugs at any time during my employment. I understand that submission to and passing of the new employee drug screen is a condition of employment and failure to cooperate or a positive drug test result may terminate employment. I further understand that consent to drug testing is a condition of continued employment and failure to cooperate or a positive drug test result may subject me to disciplinary action up to and including discharge. In signing this form, I consent to both new employee and employment testing for drugs.

 

EMPLOYMENT AT WILL (Only applicable to candidates for U.S. jobs)

I understand that, if hired, my employment will not be pursuant to any type of contract or for a fixed period of time. Instead, it will be for an indefinite time and either I or FRAMATOME can terminate the employment relationship at any time. I further understand that no representative of FRAMATOME has the authority to enter into any contract with me or make any assurances to the contrary, either oral or written.

 

MISREPRESENTATIONS

It is understood and agreed that any misrepresentation made by me herein will constitute a fraudulent attempt to secure employment and will be sufficient cause for cancellation of this application and/or separation from Framatome or any of its subsidiary companies, if I have been employed. I hereby certify that the answers given by me and the statements made by me are true and correct.

 

Confirmation of your consent to the processing of your personal data.

 

By applying to a vacancy at Framatome, the data controller, you authorize us to collect your personal data and to use it for the purposes of a recruiting process and all hiring procedures.

 

We will collect and process the following data: your last name, first name(s), age, postal address, email address, former position(s) and/or current position (hereafter referred to as your “Data”).

 

In addition, your Data will be used to contact you and process your application.

 

You are not obliged to provide this Data. Your Data is processed on the basis of your prior consent to this processing, including when the Data was collected on the basis of the legitimate interests of Framatome in processing your application.

 

If you refuse consent, your Data will be deleted from all our databases. However, please note that any failure or refusal to provide your Data will cancel the application process.

 

We remind you that for the processing of your Data and in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, applicable from 25 May, 2018 (hereafter referred to as “GDPR”) and the French law no.78-17 of 6 January, 1978 (amended) relating to Information Technology, Files, and Civil Liberties, you have the right to know if we are holding your Data, and if that is the case, you possess the following rights under the conditions specified in the GDPR:

 

  • Right of access by the data subject (Article 15 of the GDPR);
  • Right to rectification (article 16 of the GDPR);
  • Right to erasure (article 17 of the GDPR);
  • Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR);
  • Right to data portability (article 20 of the GDPR);
  • Right to object (article 21 of the GDPR).

 

All the rights listed above are personal and can only be exercised by the person who provided this Data to Framatome.

Your Data will not be subject to automatic data processing. As part of the processing described herein, all appropriate technical, organizational, and security measures against any unauthorized access or any alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss of your Data, hosted in European Union data centers for the entire duration of the processing, are taken. Unless otherwise provided by existing legislation, regulation, or court ruling, access to your Data will be restricted to those employees who are currently employed by Framatome and, if applicable, to their subcontractors who need to view and/or use the data for the purposes described above.
