PER FBP Policy FBP-HR-PRO-00001: Internal employees must be in current position for (1) year or greater to be eligible to apply.
THIS POSITION WILL BE REPRESENTED AS PART OF A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT UNIT.
In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, responsible for calibrating, installing, and trouble-shooting on instrument systems. Must have thorough knowledge of all electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic instruments used in plant. Works alone much of the time and must use own initiative in deciding what is required for maintenance. Must have knowledge of special techniques required for any type of repairs. Must instruct Instrument Mechanic 2nd Class. Also works with Development Inspection Engineers. Receives classroom/on-the-job training in instruments and procedures peculiar to a gaseous diffusion operation.
Should be in good physical condition category due to work in excessively hot areas and awkward positions of work. Considerable amount of walking and climbing involved along with heavy lifting; must have good color vision. Should have knowledge in chemistry or physics and mathematics.

Required Experience
Education/Experience
Minimum four years' welding experience in both arc and acetylene. Major portion of which would be pipe welding. Must have valid State driver's license and be able to operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
