Job Description
Flexion Inc. a Madison, WI based IT Consulting and Services firm is looking for a Desktop Support Consultant to work on a long-term consulting project. The client for this position is based in downtown Boston and the work will be performed from this location.

This person will work as part of a team providing primarily in-person support for Windows devices and trouble shooting around the software/hardware system.
Experience required:
-At least two years of experience providing support for Windows devices and experience with Windows 10 and 11 environments.
-Experience working with a ticketing system, ServiceNow preferred
-Experience providing excellent customer service
-Experience supporting MS Teams and Macbooks helpful
