How will your role impact First Command? 

 

The Client Contact Specialist (CCS) serves as a primary contact resource for clients, facilitating inquires and/or concerns, and supporting appointment needs – playing a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships, driving loyalty, and creating lasting business success for the Advisors they support. The CCS is responsible for researching and organizing client engagement opportunities within an Advisor’s database, contacting clients to schedule review appointments, and managing the Advisor’s calendaring process. This work is critical for maintaining Client Experience metrics, helping improve Client Experience scores, and facilitating client feedback through survey engagement.

 

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • Proactively review the Advisor’s database for client contact opportunities.
  • Reach out to clients via email, phone calls, or compliant texting system to schedule appointments.
  • Run Salesforce reports based on Advisor’s requested criteria.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events based on availability and priority. Ensure that all events are accurately logged and organized.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.

 

 

What skills/qualifications do you need?

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

 

Work Experience

  • 1 year First Command administrative assistant or CCS experience

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrate and maintain advanced understanding and awareness of all applicable compliance, regulatory, and internal guidance related to First Command products and Advisor production, compensation, and recognition.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
  • Strong proficiency with Outlook calendaring or equivalent.
  • Adept at verbal and written communication and ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas to varied audiences.

 

Salary Range

  • $32,115.00 - $50,585.00 USD, annually
