What our Financial Advisors do:
- Our Financial advisors are the personal coach of our nations’ military families focused on a financial plan that is constantly evolving to meet short-term and long-term financial goals.
- Help military families manage day-to-day finances, build lifetime assets, and strive to protect against the unexpected
- Will grow a client book of business with the support of your local district team and home office
- As a Financial Advisor, you will directly engage with the military community by partnering with local military organizations, military units, and other affiliates that support the military community.
- Coach military families on how to build a holistic financial plan including aspects of:
- Savings/Banking
- Investments/Wealth Management
- Insurance/Risk Management
What we offer:
- A specialized licensing and comprehensive training program designed for veterans, transitioning service members and military spouses to build and grow a successful Financial Advisor Career.
- We will sponsor you to get fully registered and licensed as a Financial Advisor using our tools and resources to guide you through the licensing process.
- You will receive your SIE, S6, S63, S65 and State L&H
- Once licensed, you will start a paid training portion locally in your district office.
- As you begin this career, First Command will pay hourly into salary + bonus structure during the 9-month paid training.
After Training, what to expect:
