Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Manager, Daveler Innovation Center to join our team of exceptional employees. The Manager of the Daveler Innovation Center is responsible for the daily operations, resource management, and program support of the Center, which operates under the Frank G. Daveler Entrepreneurship Institute. The Innovation Center serves as a hub for students, community members, and organizations to develop entrepreneurial skills and complete digital badges and certificates. The Center comprises two hubs: Digital Communication and Digital Design with labs and work spaces. The Manager will ensure the smooth functioning of these labs, support users, maintain resources, and foster relationships with external partners. This is a limited term, grant funded position renewable annually (July 1), contingent upon continuation of the grant. This position is grant-funded and up for renewal on an annual basis.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. Five (5) years of full-time related professional work experience.
OR - Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in a relevant field, e.g., Business, Technology, Education, or Communications. Three (3) years of full-time related professional work experience.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies. Excellent organizational, time-management, and scheduling skills.
- Experience in coordinating and organizing training or workshops
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Supervisory experience.
