Mining Sales Engineer

Focus on Mining industry, deeply develop relationship with Mining end-users and distributors and develop the application to expand type of product sales.

  • Responsible for managing and growing existing territory (山西,陕西,山东) sales through distributors and agents
  • Clear understanding of Mining purchase procedure (ie Bidding, direct sales, re-new contract and LTS)
  • Responsible for annual sales targets and sales growth.
  • Responsible for the effective promotion of assigned products.
  • Maintain technical skills.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the marketplace through regular contact with customers and distributors.
  • Submit accurate expense reports on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain company property (vehicle, demonstration stock, promotional items, etc) in excellent condition.
  • Perform monthly plan and review process, including monthly forecasts.
  • Develop relationships with distributor and mining end-users principals throughout region.
  • Contribute to China’s mining sales and marketing programs.

Education background/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (BS) from a four-year college or university in mechanical or mining related; or three to five years’ related mining sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Working experience: Previous mining sales or mining application experience at least 4 years is preferred.
• Technical aptitude is required.
• Willing to travel frequently.
• Strong organizational, written, oral and professional skills are required.
• Self-management skill, strong sales management skill.
• Knowledge of mining industrial distribution channels is required.
• Knowledge of mining end user is required.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects independently and in a team environment is required.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office and presentational PowerPoint are required.
