Business Contribution:

To provide a clerical assistance to a shared service Accounting Team for multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing Supplier Invoices and Employee Expenses Claims and ensuring there is correct authorization and supporting documents.

  • • Matching invoice with purchase order
  • • Preparing & Processing payment runs
  • • Send remittance advice after payment
  • • Setup and maintain creditor account details
  • • Deal with Supplier enquiries
  • • Reconciling Supplier Statements
  • • Process bank transactions, prepare bank journal and reconciliation.
  • • Ad hoc tasks

Required Capabilities:

  • • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • • Strong demonstrated ability in AP function
  • • Well organized and attention to detail
  • • Good time management
  • • Excellent demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • • Keen to learn and adapt as required

Education and Experience:

  • • Previous experience using Oracle or another large ERP platform an advantage
