For more information visit: www.enerpactoolgroup.com Our accounting team in Menomonee Falls is adding a Senior Financial Analyst to their team that will predominantly support businesses within the IT&S segment. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position provides key financial and business analysis, as well as accurate and timely financial reports. The Senior Financial Analyst is involved in many cross departmental and strategic initiatives of the Company and therefore must be able to accurately and quickly analyze situations/opportunities, be detail oriented and hands-on in their approach. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. This individual must be able to manage several projects simultaneously, effectively communicate with external vendors/suppliers and internal customers (including finance, sourcing, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and other individuals). Responsibilities include assisting with monthly close in accordance with US GAAP, preparing variance analyses as compared to most recent forecast and prior year results, reports, schedules and other summaries for organization’s leadership, including one-off management requests. In addition, this position offers opportunities to participate on cross-functional project teams in a dynamic environment, including finance transformation initiatives.
