Position Summary:
The Warehouse Systems Coordinator ensures the WMS (Manhattan Associates) and its interfaced platforms operate efficiently, supporting warehouse teams and management. This role collaborates with the Senior Systems Manager on warehouse and IT-related projects, including system testing and implementation. Responsibilities include tracking productivity metrics (KPIs/dashboards), assisting managers in optimizing operations, and managing hardware issue resolution. By enhancing system capabilities, the coordinator contributes to the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with managers to document and maintain comprehensive records of all WMS processes.
· Independently document and analyze test results from WMS projects.
· Continuously evaluate and improve WMS documentation, including "How-To" guides.
· Assist IT teams with hardware upgrades and changes.
· Generate and share productivity (KPI) reports daily, weekly, or on demand, partnering with managers to enhance warehouse efficiency.
· Identify and escalate system issues, coordinating with IT Helpdesk for resolution.
· Develop expertise in WMS interfaces, including EF systems like BlueCherry, Mi9, and OMS.
· Support software and hardware testing for upgrades, patches, and system improvements.
· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Performs other duties and assignments as needed, with flexibility to work overtime or occasional weekends to support warehouse operations.
Required Experience
Education: · At least Associate/4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university or equivalent experience

Required Skills &Experience: · Eager to learn warehouse operations, technical systems, and hardware, including handheld scanners, printers, and desktop computers. · Willing to support and maintain DC-related hardware such as printers and RF devices. · Open to learning and managing KPIs in a warehouse environment. · Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, with strong analytical skills. · Excellent documentation skills. |

Supervises: N/A Reports to: Sr System Manager Has Contact With: All Distribution Center staff and E-commerce staff. May also interact with Operation Sale Team, Customer Service, Digital Team, Store Operations Team, and Account Receivable
The salary range for this role is $22.50- 27.00/hr. dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.
