Position Summary:  
 
**This position will work the morning shifts, including weekends**
 
Perform all OMNI phases of warehouse operations, such as receiving, shipping, putting away merchandise in stock, performing cycle count, picking, and packing orders, and various other duties as assigned to ensure the full and efficient operation of the Warehouse.
 
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Utilize company Warehouse Management System (WMS) software and scanners for the receiving, put-away, tracking, picking/packing, replenishment, and stocking of goods accurately.
• Receive merchandise and sort by style, color and sizes using scanners in company software system.
• Put away received product and returned product in a manner that facilitates picking.
• Refurbish all returned product to its original condition from returns & store transfers.
• Re-ticket and re-tag product as needed.
• Load freight to be shipped & unload in-bound freight/trucks.
• Prepare outbound shipments and keep proper records of day-to-day shipments.
• Conduct cycle counts, semiannual counts, and annual physical inventory
• Ensure that box counts match with the SPS manifest and obtain all necessary signatures from the drivers upon pickups.
• Communicate to other departments and outside partners via MS Outlook (email) and other technology.
• Must be able to palletize, stack and sort cartons from LTL Carriers and SPS Carriers.
• Contact SPS Carriers as needed.
• Maintain supplies for all SPS machines and call for service as needed.
• Maintain and upkeep organization of work areas.
• Assist other teams as needed.
 
PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIRED.
Please note that occasional overtime may be required to meet operational needs.

Required Experience

Education: Some College Preferred or Equivalent Experience 
 
 
 
• Knowledge of fulfillment operations and merchandise flow or other relevant experience  
• MS Excel and experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS), MI9, Epiphany (CS system) & CMS (Retail Store system) 
• Excellent organization and written & verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a highly collaborative work environment.
• Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Must be both detail-oriented and able to see bigger picture. 
• Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment critical.

• Lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
 
 Cross Functional Understanding:
• All roles are considered OMNI, requiring employees to have a cross functional understanding of various roles within the Distribution Center.
• Roles are based on business needs and may be subject to change.
 
 
The hiring salary range for this role is $18.00/hr. dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.
