GENERAL SUMMARY:

Provides accurate and efficient servicing of deposit related research requests received from internal departments.

Assists Legal Services Representative with research, account maintenance and funds remittance to ensure that all

requested documents are produced and necessary payment orders are remitted within designated timeframes. Greet

guests, clients and EagleBank employees in a professional and hospitable manner. Monitors the Deposit Operations

email box, evaluates servicing need and assigns request to appropriate staff member for resolution. Processes month

end settlement and prepares remittance of IOLTA and MAHT accounts. Complies with policies, procedures, and

regulatory requirements and completes required training as warranted for the position.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Completes all research requests accurately and in a timely manner.

Monitors and assigns Deposit Operations email maintenance and/or service requests.

Controls security access functions in the building lobby when checking in guests by verifying

identification, issuing visitor passes and by observing and reporting any unusual or suspicious activity.

Completes deposit verifications for consumer and commercial deposit accounts

Reconciles Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts (IOLTA) and Maryland Affordable Housing Trust (MAHT)

accounts on a monthly basis.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Experience Required:

2 years Experience in a financial institution; branch, deposit operations or finance

Deposit Operations experience preferred

Basic understanding of banking principles

Research and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent organization skills

General working knowledge of MS Office
