We are seeking Production Sanitation team members for 1st shift to help maintain a clean, safe, and food-safe production environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily operations by ensuring equipment and work areas meet sanitation and safety standards. Shift Details
1st Shift- $18.51/hour

5:45am-430pm (Mondays have an early start time of 5:00am)
General Description:
Trim/Sani employees perform the different functions required in the Trim or Packaging areas including In-Process Sanitation, and Bin washing
Position is considered “safety sensitive” which requires the passing of an independently administered drug screen.
Required Skills
Skills/ Experience:
- Should be able to read and work in a fast-paced production environment
- Previous sanitation/ cleaning experience
- Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to work overtime including weekends as required
- Ability to work in cold temperatures (32-35 degrees)
- Willing to follow PPE protocol (hairnet, hardhat, gloves, smock/ safety vest)
- jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, watches) are not permitted on production floors
Required Experience
Major Responsibilities:
· In-Process Sanitation
· Bin washing
· Cleaning ceilings, equipment as needed it in other areas of the plant (Maintenance equipment, forklift etc.)
· Must be flexible to work in assigned area of the day.
· Must have general understanding of plant operations and various departments.
· Must be a self-starter and possess initiative.
· Must be able to learn new assignments.
· Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management.
· Employee must adhere to all policies, practices, and SOP’s related to producing Safe Quality Food (SQF)
· Ensure the integrity and continued operation of the food safety system in the event of organizational or personnel changes within the company or associated facilities
· Support special projects and other duties as assigned
