What Will I Do In This Role?
- Follow established safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Make repairs as needed from warp board
- Perform draw-ins as necessary
- Draw-In work for new warps or new patterns
- Pull over work after draw-in or any work relative to drawing of warps to keep looms operating
- Perform weave work as necessary
- Prepare looms for new warps, ensuring leases are correct with correct number of ends
- Flag looms for fixer after pulling over for start up
- Maintain outstanding housekeeping
- All other duties assigned
What Skills Do I Need?
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read and write
- Good communication skills
- Superior attention to details and quality
- Must be able to perform significate weight overhead
- Must be able to stand most of the shift and have dexterity
- Must be knowledgeable of yarns and patterns
- Good organizational skills
- Work in climate control area
