As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact our lives and the workplace, Crowley has consistently been committed to applying the safety and healthiest policies to continue serving our customers, suppliers, and vendors and supporting the most valued resource – our employees. Accordingly, candidates who accept an offer of employment for work onboard a Crowley vessel will be required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination during the onboarding process. Successful candidates who seek an exemption from vaccination for a medical reason or sincerely held religious belief will be required to provide appropriate documentation in support of such request and be subject to additional health and safety protocols
Responsible to the Master for the health of all embarked personnel aboard the vessel. Act as the Master's agent in all aspects of health, including health care, preventative medicine, environmental health, occupational health and medical administration.
Must be trained as a Professional Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Hospital Corpsman with IDC Endorsement in accordance with MSC requirements, as applicable.
Must be a United States citizen of at least 18 years of age and possess and maintain valid:
U.S. Passport with minimum of seven (7) months remaining before expiration date;
United States Coast Guard (USCG) Merchant Mariner’s Credential (MMC), with a minimum of ten (10) months remaining before expiration date.
Must complete all MSC contract required training.
Must hold a valid Basic Safety Training certificate with all required core classes.
Must hold or be eligible for a Secret security clearance, as required by contract.
Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office programs.
