Core4ce is seeking a motivated and adaptable entry-level coop to support our internal software development projects. This position offers hands-on experience in software engineering while contributing to meaningful projects that drive our organization forward. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical fundamentals, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset. 


Responsibilities

  • Conduct research tasks as assigned through the Forge platform, including technical investigations, documentation review, and solution analysis
  • Provide coordination assistance on Project Literacy, helping to manage project timelines, documentation, and team communications
  • Support software development initiatives using Python, MATLAB, and other programming tools
  • Assist in data analysis and visualization to support project decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Document processes, findings, and technical specifications
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices

 

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in Python and MATLAB
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace for project collaboration
  • Previous project experience demonstrating research and analysis capabilities
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
