Core4ce has an opportunity for a Software Engineer to provide an immediate impact to a growing team building multiple new mission related software capabilities with new technologies. A Full-Scope polygraph is required, no exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for protecting mission critical data using web development technologies to include Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Develop, test, implement, and maintain complex applications and databases
- Develop applications that provide functions for data entry, reporting, and searching or querying databases such as Node.js, Angular and PostgreSQL
- Develop front end user interfaces and work in a commercial cloud infrastructure
- Use Agile development practices to develop and maintain an awareness of the Sponsor’s on-going IT projects and business unit requirements
Requirements
- Active Full Scope Poly.
- Demonstrated experience using Java Script Object Notion (JSON) for Application Program Interface (API) development.
- Demonstrated experience with Front-end web development with Angular 2 or above.
- Demonstrated experience with software development languages such as TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated experience with software development Mark Up Languages such as XML, JSON, CSS, and HTML.
- Demonstrated experience with Relational databases.
- Demonstrated experience with developing and consuming REST web services and integrating them with a SQL backend, such as Oracle.
- Demonstrated experience with Version control systems such as Git.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining redundant applications hosted in Linux or Unix using Apache server.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and JIRA
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, technically challenging area; ability to anticipate and manage changes or problems; assess impacts and recommend sound solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with authentication and authorization process.
