Growth Executive
Business Development
The Growth Executive serves as a crucial facilitator between market-focused Account Executives, and Business Unit Leads. This role is instrumental in driving growth for the Profit & Loss Center by aligning market opportunities with the Business Unit’s capabilities. The Growth Executive leads and supports both business development and capture initiatives, ensuring that strategic growth objectives are met through effective collaboration and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between Account Executives and Business Unit Leads to ensure alignment of market opportunities with the Business Unit’s capabilities.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to drive cohesive growth strategies that leverage both market insights and capability strengths.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify market opportunities and align them with the Business Unit’s capabilities.
- Lead the development of strategic capture plans that integrate market needs with the Business Unit’s offerings.
- Develop proposals that align with customer requirements and strategic goals.
- Assist in the development of proposals by ensuring they reflect both market demands and the Business Unit’s capabilities.
- Work with Account Executives to identify and vet potential partnerships that enhance market positioning and capability offerings.
- Support the management of the Business Unit Opportunity Pipeline, ensuring it aligns with strategic growth objectives.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to engage with industry leaders and stakeholders, gathering insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in industry events to stay informed about emerging trends and technologies.
- Analyze market trends and financial data to support strategic decision-making and maximize business opportunities.
- Provide insights that guide the alignment of market opportunities with the Business Unit’s capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to the framework, policies, and processes established by the Chief Growth Officer to maintain consistency in growth efforts.
- Work closely with Business Unit Leads and Account Executives to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of growth initiatives.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development or growth facilitation, preferably within a technology-driven industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to align market opportunities with business capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing strategic plans and managing business pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Secret Clearance Required
